System Admin Training:

When we install a new network infrastructure for you, we will closely with your business and IT teams, Besides providing documentation of your network we can also have provide training to update your IT support teams skills for Windows 2003 and Active Directory skills if required.

If your business does not have dedicated IT support personal and prefer to get this support out of house we can provide some training to a nominated person/people to do some basic IT admin tasks such as unlocking a user account and even creating a new user account for new staff. We will leave your staff with an Admin Guide that details these steps for later reference.
