If you have a need for ISDN, then Theseus can supply a cost competitive quotation to supply.

Wireless solutions also exists that may full fill your business wireless requirements.

If your business requires different capacities, speeds and SLA's for data solutions please contact us to arrange a competitive quote.  Theseus is able to provide capacities up to 8 MB utilising a variety of technologies from a range of carriers.

IP Addresses :
One static IP address is provided with each our Biz plans.

Additional IP Address:
If you require additional public IP address, Theseus can allocate more address to you in the following blocks for $15 per address per month. Additional IP's are available in lots of 4 (2 usable), 8 (6 usable), 16 (14 usable), and 32 (30 usable).

Set Up Fees:
A setup fee of $129 is all that is required to get you started. We will arrange to have dsl provisioned to your business telephone line, setup your email boxes (up to 20) and configure your accounts. If you purchase your modem through us, we will configure it before we deliver onsite. If you already have DSL with another provider and that provider is on the churn list, and your line is still active, the dsl provision fee component is waivered.

We can arrange to have an engineer onsite to install and configure your hardware. Please contact us for a quotation of hardware and configuration needs.

Additionally when you are setting up for the first time a DSL modem/router will be required. DSL hardware is available here. Please feel free to contact Theseus to discuss your hardware and Internet needs.

DSL Line Tests:
A full service qualification test will be performed on your phone line before your account is opened and payment is required. Setup costs are payable upon successful line activation (approximately two weeks from your application).

Line Speed Changes:
If you determine that you need a higher or lower speed, we can change your plans either immediately or at the next billing cycle.  The charge for this $50.

Hardware:
We have a range of hardware solutions to suit your budget and IT requirements. If you need VPN and firewall solution we can supply a DSL connection solutions that will provide these additional services. Check out our DSL hardware.

Contract Terms:
12 months contracts on all plans. Early disconnection fees apply.

Billing:
All prices are monthly charged in advance.

Migration Manager:
Business customers who are upgrading to Theseus Broadband from other providers are assigned a Migration Manager (free of charge). The role of the Migration Manager is to co-ordinate any changes that are necessary during the installation process. Our Managers liaise directly with customers; changeover work can be undertaken on weeknights and weekends - whenever it is most convenient for you and your staff.

Packet Shaping:
Our Unlimited data plans have no packet shaping and are un-metered. All other plans may be shaped (depending on network utilisation) as detailed:

Note 1 - ADSL Circuit (256): First 15 GB is unshaped; excess data, during a calendar month may be slowed to 64Kbps/64Kbps.
Note 2 - ADSL Circuit (512): First 25 GB is unshaped; excess data, during a calendar month may be slowed to 64Kbps/64Kbps.
Note 3 - ADSL Circuit (1500): First 35 GB is unshaped; excess data, during a calendar month may be slowed to 64Kbps/64Kbps.
Note 4 - SDSL Circuit (512): First 35 GB is unshaped; excess data, during a calendar month may be slowed to 64Kbps/64Kbps.
